Act like a lady. Think like a boss.

Here's my story. I was born in Mountain View, California – well before Google and Apple set-up shop, and moved back to the Midwest as a little kid. Grew up on the east side of St. Paul and went to high school in White Bear Lake (Go Bears!). I was a goofy-student-council-track-nerd. Went to University of Wisconsin-Madison and loved it. Was on the crew team, worked for the athletic department, majored in Mass Communications.

Moved back to the Twin Cities after graduation and after a short stint in the Macy’s call center and a random few months with the ESPN Great Outdoor Games, I got a job as an office manager/account manager/producer at a small five-person web design shop called U4EA Design. In 2008, the economy took its toll on the tiny shop and they closed their doors. I moved over to OLSON as an interactive project manager and gobbled up everything in my path – running the digital side of one of the largest accounts and was at the helm for a few successful new business pitches.

Over 13 years ago, I came to Fallon to help restart “digital” as an integrated discipline. I love the energy and the bloodline of great creative work. I was inspired and knew that at Fallon I would produce the best work of my career – of any one’s career. In that time, I put together a digital production process to help educate the rest of the folks in the agency and produced the re-launch of cadillac.com and m.cadillac.com, four model year refreshes, the digital launches for the Cadillac XTS and ATS and several content pieces.

Post-Cadillac, I moved on to H&R Block as Senior Integrated Producer and led the digital production efforts for the 2014 tax season. This included a dynamic and conversion-optimized banner strategy with over 18 billion impressions, as well as high impact home page take-overs, creative media partnerships and digital-exclusive content.

In the years that followed, I hit the road (and locally) producing some incredible broadcast and digital videos for a variety of clients. Partnering with world-class directors and production partners, as well as managing bananas budgets and schedules. Having a blast all the while.

As Executive Producer of our in-house studio, Charm School (now PXP), I managed the day-to-day operations of all live action and post productions. In 2020, we successfully stood up a Minneapolis-based live action table top solution for Arby’s - allowing us to shoot in-person during the uncertainty of covid. This production solution delivered the creative caliber you would expect on the Coasts at a fraction of the cost and is still being used by Fallon clients as a local, more nimble option.

In 2021, I became Head of Production at Fallon and currently oversee our team of 14 producers, business affairs and traffic managers. Together, we bring all of the creative projects to life for our clients. Earlier this year the Fallon production team joined PXP, Publicis’s world-class production offering.

Technical Knowledge & Specialties: Technical knowledge of HTML, Flash, CSS, CMS, Java, ASP and other database applications. Proficient in MS Project, Photoshop, Keynote and OmniGraffle. Proven track record with client relations and technical-creative mediation. Strong analytical and planning skills along with ability to meet organizational goals. Excellent problem-solving skills, with demonstrated assertiveness, leadership and decision-making skills.

Outside of work nearly 10 years ago, I founded a non-profit called MPLS MadWomen with a group of amazing females in advertising. Our organization created a broad circle of support, professional development and networking for women working in advertising and related fields – all aimed at a constructive conversation around gender issues. MPLS MadWomen is still making a difference in the Twin Cities as it has evolved into an inclusive mentorship program.

I'm a proud resident Saint Paul where I live with my husband, Gordon and son, Bennett.
